We are up and running right back into bowling and this week saw the start of the Ladies singles Club championship.
Tuesday 14th February two games played:
Sue Rose defeating Priscilla Eastment 31-12.
Pat Stoddart defeating Karen Matterson 31-25 in an extremely competitive and hard fought match.
Well done ladies.
Round two was played on an extremely hot Thursday 16th with temperatures on the green reaching 31 degrees by 11am.
Frances Carrett v Sylvia Bourke with Sylvia conceding the match at 19-10 due to ill health.

Ex-Serviceman’s Lady Bowlers had one team entered in The Jerry Bailey Triples played at Shoalhaven Heads Bowling Club.
Team Sue Rose, Pat Leach and Pat Stoddart (sub Sylvia Bourke in week 2).
Week one the ladies had a win against Culburra 20-17. This was a great result as Culburra came 3rd overall.
Week two the ladies played a composite team from Bomaderry / St.Georges Basin and went down by 11 shots.
Week three our ladies were up against Berry in what was a hard fought match, unfortunately resulting in a loss by 4 shots.
Congratulations ladies on competing and playing excellent bowls.
We have ladies competing in the District 4‘s and also the Seniors (over 60’s) 4’s.
District 4’s begins 27th February with Ex-servos team of
Judy Henson, Helen Hart, Pat Stoddart & Karen Matterson playing at Milton Ulludulla with Ex-servos to host the district 4’s Tuesday 28th.
Senior 4’s also begins 27th February Ex-servo has two teams entered and they are
Frances Carrett, Aurelia Lattanzio, Elva &Yvonne Olliver
Sue Rose, Priscilla Eastment, Sylvia Bourke & Pat Leach and the games will be played at Gerringong.
